Client Care Overview

In addition to providing financial assistance or advice, we also provide many valuable resources that were designed to help meet your practical and personal needs. To ensure that your needs are being met, we will assign a Client Care Specialist who will be responsible to coordinate the services you require, ensure that you have access to the most beneficial resources, and supervise your account with us until your claim dispute or lawsuit is resolved—and beyond. Our Client Care Services include:

  • Connecting clients to a wide variety of services and programs that are offered by private, community and government agencies, and various support groups.
  • Providing clients with medical literature that deals with their health concerns, and the names and contact information of medical clinics and healthcare professionals who provide services or counseling to assist in alleviating physical and emotional suffering.
  • Making referrals to legal and financial professionals. Our clients may not necessarily require our financial assistance, but they may need access to our team of professional advisors who can provide them with the appropriate service or advice.
  • Making referrals to language translators who can assist people who do not speak English. Language translators may be needed to help people complete any forms regarding their insurance claim dispute, and to provide comfort by ensuring that they understand the legal process and how our Lawsuit Funding works.
  • Providing personal encouragement and support to our clients and their family members.
