Board of Directors

Although we are a private corporation and are not required by law to have an official Board of Directors, we have opted to establish a Board whose primary role is to oversee our business operations, corporate structure, and compensation and benefits package to ensure that these are kept in line with our Mission, Vision and Values, and to industry standards. Our Directors are responsible for decision making in areas where limits have been set in place such that Board intervention may be required, they review reports from our Officers, and they contribute to quarterly and annual reports for our investors and shareholders.

Professional Advisors

The role of our professional advisors is to provide legal, financial and tax advice, and to prepare legal documentation, financial statements and other reports for the company and foundation.

We are also developing a network of professional advisors who share in our concerns regarding the unjust treatment of insurance claimants. Their role is to assess cases on a legal, medical and financial basis, to advise us of the risk involved with each case in their area of specialty, and to provide advice and services that help our clients in their pursuit of justice. Our network consists of lawyers who specialize in litigating personal injury cases and insurance claim disputes, as well as financial and medical professionals.
